Here is the bottom line. We are either coming out of a storm or headed into another. People are born for facing troubles, and we all need to learn is how to deal with the troubles. It's just a matter of time. In this life, the only way to avoid suffering is when we die. So, like the diligent squirrel gathering nuts for winter, store these truths in your heart, and start building up your strength.
Let's all prepare our strength/faith before the suffering comes. Since it takes times to build up the strength through our suffering, let's face the tribulation with a positive attitude. Let's building up our mind and attitude; let's walk together on the road of Tao.
