We are all given the gift of life. Everyone has special talent. Some people have the gift of teaching; then teach well. Some has the gift of math skills, they can be an engineer. If you are talent in analytical skills, build something. you have a gift of patient, try to listen to other’s to talk. If you are a loving person, find someone to love. If you like to smile, be a flight attendant. If you have patient, find someone to care for. Use your gift.
Some people are beauty in nature, find a waitress job. One will earn more tips with a smile on top of it. It is true, beautiful people have the capacity to earn more money if they use their beauty in the righteous way. Do you know that beautiful people in appearance will receive more attention than the regular looking people. Being beautiful is a good things, however, it can be hard to cultivate. They receive much attention, more raise, more help, and thus, sometime they get lost on the way of spiritual path.
Although we all look different and posses in different skills and talents, there is one gift that bridge us all. That is the gift of soul. Our life all have a different starting point, different karma from past life, different family background, financial status, cultural difference. Our soul is the same. Maximize the gift. Buddha wants us to learn and to be wise. The teaching of Buddha, the teaching of Confucius, and the teaching of Lao Zi are all teaching us to develop our gift from inside. Use our soul to maximize our intelligence. Form the belief of Theism, much focus is on prayer, from God, from the Creator. Regardless seeking divine help from God or transformation within oneself. The ultimate goal is to for us to learn to love, to be patient, to be compassionate, to be forgiving, to be tolerant. We all come to learn and to evolve our soul. Transform our soul. Develop our gift - soul. Let your soul shine.
