Obtaining the Truth/Tao appears to be quite easy. However, I am often told that it is not so. What are the difficult conditions to satisfy then before one can receive the Truth/Tao? It appears deceptively easy to obtain the Truth/Tao. There is our spiritual guide to coax us to it. He/she would also arrange transport to fetch us to the Shrine if necessary. Food and refreshment are also provided! At times, the blessing ceremony is arranged at our convenience. But is it really that simple after all? Let's look at the following:-1. The difficulty of being born a human being The Truth/Tao can only be received via a human body. As such, animals are excluded. Similarly, it is also difficult for deva/deities and other holy spirits to receive it since they lack a human body. In addition, one must also have the ability to see, hear, speak, hold and kneel. To be born a complete human being (i.e. without physical disabilities) may not be that easy! A person must have at least an acceptable level of behavior in his or her previous lives. Otherwise karma will cause a lower level of life form, such as an animal, or one with physical deformities. Thus, to be born as a human at this time for the Truth/Tao is indeed most precious and difficult. 2. The difficulty of being born during the White Period. The period we are presently in is also known as the White Period. This period is of great significance since the Truth/Tao is now massively transmitted by the Kingdom. This means it is so much easier to receive it than before. It is made available to everyone. Had we been born before this century, we would have missed the White Period. If we were to born a few years from now, we would again miss the Truth/Tao. The mandate to transmit it is coming to an end soon. Hence, the right timing of being born into this White era is crucial to obtain the Truth/Tao. If not, it would indeed be very difficult to hear the Truth/Tao. 3. The difficulty of being born at the right place It is not easy to be born in an environment where the Truth/Tao is available. Though the Truth/Tao is being massively propagated, it still has not reached certain parts of the world yet The inhabitants of these places will have little chance of hearing the Truth/Tao, though they may continue to practise their faith. It is indeed a great fortune to be born in a place where the Truth/Tao is being transmitted! 4. The difficulty of receiving the real Truth/Tao. It is about time for all religions to reunite as one for a new world order, of peace, harmony and brotherhood, as the next millennium approaches. However, this is also the time when numerous teachings flourish alongside with religions in today's complex society. Practices differ among them: some engage themselves in occult and meditation, and there are those which are involved in heretical acts. Their forms and powers certainly fascinate and attract many. It is in these situations that the Truth/Tao is being propagated. It is intermixed with the various by-teachings. It is difficult to seek out the Truth/Tao in this scenario. Further, when a person is contented with a particular practice or religion, he/she is unwilling_to be guided to receive the Truth/Tao. Thus, he/she will miss the priceless opportunity of true salvation. Accordingly, he/she has forsaken the highest teaching of the Kingdom. It is the path to the attainment of saint/buddhahood. Receiving the real Truth/Tao is not easy indeed!

However, are all these actually over when we leave the world one day? Many may harbor the thought that this is the finale. But nature has its own plans in place for us. Are you able to transcend the cycle of birth, death and rebirth? If not, you would still have to come to this world to re-live over and over again. The purpose of life for the Buddhas and saints is to seek to end this dreadful carousal of incarnation once and for all.
